Brianna is our movement and wellness contributor. She has a passion for movement like no other! Brianna started her movement journey at a young age and tried all sorts of activities like gymnastics, swimming, diving, skiing and dance.
She felt an instant attachment to dancing. During her childhood, she danced with ARC School of Ballet, Cornish College of the Arts, and Milwaukee Ballet. In 2013, she became a certified Group Fitness Instructor through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
In 2018, her desire for movement evolved into a deep love for pole dancing and connecting with nature through hiking, climbing, and mountaineering. As a pole dancing instructor, she loves helping people rediscover their sensuality, rekindle their confidence, and transform. She helps guide individuals back to their highest self through movement, breath techniques, and nature.
As Contributor for Mama Bairre, Brianna hopes to bring Mama’s fresh content on exercise, health, lifestyle and body empowerment!
